Hello loves! Where is your favorite yoga spot? Where do you love to practice? I have traveled so many places and while I have many favorite "spots", my one favorite place is the beach. Listening to the waves crashing down on the surf, makes me feel at home. The smell of the salt air, the ebb and flow of the sea is just so serene.
